Today, Union Preparatory School, Graaff-Reinet came alive with magic, mischief and marvellous imagination as we celebrated ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ with a ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ค๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ ๐๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด-๐๐ฑ ๐๐ข๐บ!
Our corridors were filled with beloved storybook heroes and villains – from the whimsical ๐๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ญ๐ฅ๐ข with her kind-hearted ๐๐ช๐ด๐ด ๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐บ and fearsome ๐๐ช๐ด๐ด ๐๐ณ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฉ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ญ๐ญ, to an entire army of ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐บ ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด.
We spotted a brave ๐๐ข๐ฑ๐ต๐ข๐ช๐ฏ ๐๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฑ๐ข๐ฏ๐ต๐ด, the wise ๐๐ฐ๐ณ๐ข๐น, plenty of mysterious, non-smiling ๐๐ฆ๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ด๐ฅ๐ข๐บ๐ด, the adventurous ๐๐ช๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ช ๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐จ๐ด๐ต๐ฐ๐ค๐ฌ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ and even ๐๐ข๐ด๐ฎ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ and ๐๐ฐ๐ค๐ข๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ต๐ข๐ด gracing our classrooms.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ ๐ท๐ผ๐๐ณ๐๐น ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ – sparking imagination, inspiring creativity and showing us that through stories, we can be anything we dream of.
