Five Destiny Swimming Academy swimmers from Graaff-Reinet participated in the ๐ก๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ก ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ค๐จ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ก๐ฆ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฆ held this past weekend, 9 to 11 December, in Gqeberha.
Grade 3 learners ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ผ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป and ๐ง๐ฎ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฏ๐ represented Union Preparatory School, Graaff-Reinet, while Nina Pieterse represented the home-schooling community and Zenicke van Schalkwyk and Marlien Crewe-Brown represented Volkskool.

While ๐ง๐ฎ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฟ received a silver medal for her 50m Backstroke with a PB time of 41.26s and a Silver in the 100m Backstroke with a PB time of 1:29:96s, ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ผ claimed Bronze for the 50m Breaststroke with a PB time of 49:52s.
