Muir won the toss and decided to bowl first.
Union’s openers got the innings off to a steady start with a partnership of 43. Special mention must be made of ๐—๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ต ๐—ž๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด๐˜„๐—ถ๐—น๐—น who made 22 with 3 boundaries, as well as ๐—ก๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—น ๐—ฃ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜€ (13) and ๐——๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ ๐— ๐—ถ๐—น๐—น๐˜€ (16) who also made much needed runs at the back end of the innings that got Union to a total of 124 in 38.4 overs.
Union’s bowlers made a good effort to try and restict the Muir batsmen, but at the end of the day, the Union bowlers bowled too many extras, allowing Muir to reach Union’s total in 32.1 overs, to win the match with 7 wickets.
