This past Saturday, our young hockey players travelled to Gqeberha to face their Collegiate Junior School for Girls counterparts.
𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘮 𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺.
Our u/9 teams shone brightly on the day, with 𝘂/𝟵𝗔 securing a fantastic 7–0 win, 𝘂/𝟵𝗕 triumphing 3–1 and 𝘂/𝟵𝗖 delivering two strong performances with a 4–0 win over Collegiate C and a 3–0 win over their D team.
Our u/10 teams showed great heart and determination in closely contested matches, with 𝘂/𝟭𝟬𝗔 narrowly losing 3–2, 𝘂/𝟭𝟬𝗕 going down 4–2 and 𝘂/𝟭𝟬𝗖 facing a 3–0 loss.
