On Tuesday evening, 17 October, Union Preparatory School, Graaff-Reinet hosted its annual 𝗔 𝗧𝗢 𝟭𝟬 𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦-𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘴 𝘢 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴.
As always, it was a joyous occasion as the matric learners who have dedicated their entire educational journey to the Union Schools were graciously welcomed at the Prep School Dome and escorted inside by our enthusiastic Grade 4’s.
Once inside the dome, various versions of the Do-si-do dance ensued, after which the learners entertained all those present with a set of songs wishing the matric learners farewell.
A walk across the Union fields followed, where a delectable meal awaited all at the Tony Burrell Union.
As always, it was an evening filled with fun, laughter and the comforting atmosphere of togetherness. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙤𝙣𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨.
