This past weekend saw Union Preparatory School, Graaff-Reinet’s u/9A cricketers take the field at home against their Woodridge College & Preparatory School counterparts in their very last fixture of the year.
In the 20-over match on Friday afternoon, Union won the toss and opted to bowl first, restricting the opposition to 48-9.
Key performances came from Trenn Naude (3-0), Mark Copeman (2-3), Owam Kotshini (2-6), and wickets for Andrew McEwan and Callan Strydom.

🏏 In the 30-over match on Saturday, Union won the toss and chose to bowl, dismissing their opponents for 74 runs in 20.4 overs.
Trenn Naude took 4-9, with Callan Strydom (2-18) and Richter de Wet (2-17) also shining.
