We are immensely proud of our swimmers who represented Union Preparatory School, Graaff-Reinet at the recent Karoo Gala.
Notable achievements on the day, included 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘆 clinching 1st place in the Girls’ u/10 50m Backstroke and 50m Freestyle, 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁’𝘀 triumph in the Girls’ u/10 50m Butterfly and 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝘂𝗱é’𝘀 impressive 1st place finish in the Boys’ u/9 50m Freestyle.
𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 goes to our u/10 Boys’ Medley Relay team, comprised of Thomas Krige, Matthew Bosch, Uziah Willemse and Michael Maritz, for their well-deserved victory. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘤𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭.
