Grandparents’ Tea

Union Preparatory School, Graaff-Reinet’s Grade 1 to 4 learners had the opportunity to enjoy the delightful company of their grandparents at a very special event earlier today, Thursday, 13 April.
Close to 200 grandparents descended on the Union High School hall – where they were met by a guard of honour made up of their grandchildren – for Union Preparatory School’s annual 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦’ 𝗧𝗘𝗔.
Those in attendance were welcomed by narrators Kate Scott and Morgan Jacobs, after which the learners, humorously assisted by 𝗠𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 and 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻, proceeded to teach all the grandparents about the wonders of the human body using song and dance.
