𝗨𝗣𝗦 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀

On Thursday morning, 17 March, Union Preparatory School celebrated a milestone as it 𝗨𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠𝗦 for its Grade 4 learners.
The school hosted a special ribbon cutting ceremony (attended by the school’s staff, learners, Grade 4 parents, the Union Schools’ SGBs and trustee members – to mark the occasion.
The construction of the classrooms started in October last year and finished in February 2022.
The Grade 4s took ownership of the classes soon afterward, and have since been enjoying the spacious, well-equipped and comfortable educational spaces, benefitting from the classrooms’ brand new desks, modern technology such as interactive whiteboards and WiFi, eco-friendly inverter air-conditioning units, good insulation and bright LED lighting.
“We’re delighted by this recent development at the school and its contribution towards the creation of the centre of excellence that we envisage,” said Mr Dave Stern, UPS Governing Body chairperson.
